Overview

The Non-Coding Genome Research Group at the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC) is seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher to join their structural biology team. The project focuses on developing NMR methodologies to explore the conformational landscapes of non-canonical nucleic acid structures, such as G-quadruplexes and i-motifs. The successful candidate will integrate 19F NMR with various biophysical assays to study structural dynamics and ligand interactions in both in vitro and intracellular environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a highly translational research environment with access to state-of-the-art high-field NMR spectrometers.
