Overview
The MSc in Positive Health Coaching at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) is a part-time, hybrid programme designed to equip professionals with the skills to deliver evidence-based coaching for maintaining and improving health. This programme integrates biological underpinnings of health—such as sleep science, nutrition, stress management, and microbiome research—with practical coaching techniques. Ideal for healthcare professionals, allied health workers, or psychologists, it bridges theory and practice to foster healthier lifestyles.
