Overview

The Trinational MA in European Studies is a collaborative Master’s programme spanning three prestigious European universities: Uniwersytet Opole (Poland), Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Germany), and Université de Bourgogne Dijon (France). This interdisciplinary programme immerses students in European cultures, politics, law, and societies through a cohort-based curriculum taught in English, French, and German. Over four semesters, students rotate through each university, gaining expertise in European integration, institutions, and policy while developing advanced multilingual and intercultural competencies. The programme culminates in a joint Master’s degree from all three institutions, preparing graduates for careers in international organisations, diplomacy, and European policy. Ideal for graduates in political science, law, or social sciences, it emphasises hands-on learning, including a mandatory internship and simulated EU decision-making processes.
