What you'll do

  • Utilize various 'omics approaches to investigate how cell enlargement drives senescence following cancer therapy.
  • Apply diverse cell biology methods, including live-cell microscopy, to characterize the transition into senescence.
  • Examine the mechanisms by which cell enlargement contributes to genome instability during senescence evasion or escape.
  • Conduct CRISPR screens to identify targetable vulnerabilities in enlarged mammalian cell types.
  • Contribute to the lab's research output and participate in collaborative scientific discussions.
