Lingnan University invites applications for a Research Assistant Professor position within the Department of Management. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct high-quality, publishable research, secure external research grants, teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and contribute to curriculum development. What you'll do
- Publish research papers in internationally recognised, high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
- Actively pursue external research funding through RGC grants and other competitive local or overseas funding schemes.
- Deliver lectures and teach subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and integrate analytics and artificial intelligence into management courses.
- Undertake administrative duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Management or a related field obtained no more than five years prior to commencement.
Language: English; high level of proficiency in spoken and written English
Instruction: English
Publications: Evidence of high-quality research outputs meeting international standards with strong potential for continued publication.
