What you'll do
- Publish research findings in internationally recognized, high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
- Prepare and submit applications for research grants, including RGC and other competitive funding schemes.
- Deliver lectures and seminars across undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by academic supervisors and department leadership.
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Management or a related field
Language: English; high level of spoken and written proficiency
Instruction: English
Publications: Strong research track record with high-quality outputs and a promising pipeline for peer-reviewed publication
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality research outputs meeting international standards
- Promising publication pipeline indicating potential for sustained scholarly output
- Proficiency in delivering effective classroom instruction at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- High level of spoken and written English proficiency
- Must hold a PhD degree obtained no more than three years prior to the commencement of the appointment
