What you'll do
- Support faculty members in executing ongoing research projects across business and management disciplines.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize academic findings from relevant research publications.
- Collect, clean, validate, and manage research datasets from various sources using appropriate tools.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses using statistical software like R, Python, Stata, or SQL.
- Assist in developing research reports, working papers, journal manuscripts, conference presentations, and grant proposals.
- Support survey development, experimental studies, and field research activities as required.
- Prepare research documentation, data dictionaries, research protocols, and project records.
- Assist with ethics review applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in research seminars, workshops, and scholarly activities organized by the school.
- Collaborate with faculty, doctoral students, and research teams on assigned projects.
Requirements
Degree required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; interdisciplinary backgrounds are encouraged.
