Overview

This doctoral position focuses on characterizing the molecular dialogue between Streptomyces bacteria and barley (Hordeum vulgare) to understand plant-microbiome interactions and stress tolerance. Jointly supervised by the LSMBO team at IPHC and the IBMP in Strasbourg, the successful candidate will apply and optimize state-of-the-art metabolomic and proteomic approaches using LC-MS/MS instrumentation. The research is integrated within the ANR StreptOmystress project, involving collaborative work with both academic and industrial partners. The candidate will be enrolled in the Doctoral School of Chemical Sciences at the University of Strasbourg.
