Overview

The candidate will engage in a bioinformatics project under the ANR IMMUNOREGENASC initiative, focusing on predicting pharmacological compounds to reprogram adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) for cell therapy. This role involves analyzing multi-omics datasets to identify molecular signatures and develop computational strategies for optimizing ASCs. The research aims to bridge the gap between basic science and clinical applications in regenerative medicine, contributing to the understanding of cellular decision-making mechanisms during aging. The position is based at the RESTORE research center in Toulouse, which fosters a collaborative and multidisciplinary research environment.
