Overview

The French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE) is inviting applications for a postdoctoral position in functional genomics. Working in collaboration with INRAE Rennes and Rennes University Hospital under the ANR-funded OVOPATH project, the researcher will explore the molecular mechanisms regulating female fertility. The project focuses on functionally validating candidate genes identified from patients with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) using the medaka fish model. The successful candidate will conduct genome editing, phenotypic analysis, and mechanistic investigations to bridge human clinical data with animal model experimentation.
