The Center of Cyber Security at New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral associate to contribute to advanced research in security and privacy. The successful candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with researchers at New York University in the United States. The role involves conducting world-class research, publishing in top-tier venues, and engaging with external partners from government and industry. Additionally, the associate will mentor students and assist in the organization of academic workshops and conferences.

- Author and publish research findings in leading academic journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with government entities and industry partners to deliver practical research outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and research guidance to PhD, master's, and bachelor's students.
- Contribute to the technical and administrative organization of center workshops, conferences, and competitions.
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Computer Science or Engineering
Language: Excellent English proficiency.
Instruction: English
Publications: Evidence of research output suitable for top-tier conferences and journals.
- Expertise in a security or privacy research topic.
- Strong analytical, design, and coding capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Must hold a PhD or have submitted a PhD thesis.
- Less than 5 years post-receiving the doctoral degree.
