Overview

This doctoral project, hosted at Université Grenoble Alpes and the CEA Leti laboratory, focuses on developing an innovative measurement device for continuous, minimally invasive cortisol monitoring. The research candidate will design and size optical microneedles functionalized with fluorescent aptamers, build experimental characterization systems, and test performance in representative environments. Additionally, the researcher will create a comprehensive data processing and analysis methodology to correlate optical signals with precise cortisol concentrations. The successful applicant will work alongside leading scientists in optics and health technologies to advance in situ health monitoring.
