Overview
The "Pius Brînzeu" County Clinical Emergency Hospital in Timișoara is seeking two PhD researchers to join their medical research team. The successful candidates will focus on experimental activities involving cell cultures, including isolation, maintenance, and functional assays. The role involves preparing biological samples for advanced downstream analyses such as sequencing and flow cytometry. Applicants will also contribute to data documentation, technical reporting, and the dissemination of research findings. This position offers an opportunity to work within a clinical research environment on immunotherapy-related projects.
What you'll do
- Perform primary cell cultures and maintain cell lines for experimental projects.
- Conduct functional assays including cytotoxicity, cell viability, and metabolic activity tests.
- Assist in the preparation and handling of cellular products for immunotherapy.
- Prepare biological samples for downstream analysis such as flow cytometry and sequencing.
- Document experimental data and maintain compliance with good laboratory practice standards.
- Contribute to the drafting of technical reports and scientific publications.
- Participate in regular project team meetings.
Requirements
Degree required: PhD or equivalent

Language: English; Excellent proficiency required.
