Overview
Medpace Japan K.K. is seeking candidates for the role of Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) in Tokyo. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a PhD or post-doctoral experience in Endocrinology, Metabolic, Cardiovascular, or Oncology fields. The aCTM will support project management activities, collaborating closely with project coordinators and clinical trial managers. Applicants should be eager to apply their analytical and academic skills in a dynamic clinical research environment.
What you'll do
- Collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and clinical trial managers.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of recurring tasks.
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system.
- Interact with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee and ensure quality control of the internal regulatory filing system.
- Manage study supplies and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate project meetings and produce detailed minutes.
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Life Sciences or related field
Language: English and Japanese; proficiency required.
Instruction: English and Japanese
- Fluency in English and Japanese with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications including word processing and databases.
- Open to new graduates and recent post-doctoral researchers.
- No prior work experience required.
