What you'll do
- Conduct independent scientific research leading to a doctoral dissertation.
- Participate in externally funded research projects within the faculty.
- Complete 20 ECTS of coursework, including compulsory theory and methods training.
- Engage in the scientific affairs and academic life of the Geoscience Centre.
- Defend the doctoral thesis in a formal examination.
- Contribute to faculty research foci including geosphere-biosphere interactions and lithospheric transport processes.
Requirements
Degree required: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Degree offered: PhD
Language: English (75% of courses) and German (25% of courses); B2 English proficiency required.
