What you'll do

  • Conduct a case-control study collecting wearable sensor data (e.g., activity, heart rate, temperature) and hormone profiles from healthy individuals and adrenal tumor patients.
  • Integrate physiological data from wearable devices with 24-hour dynamic hormone profiling, proteomics, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Develop and contribute to digital diagnostic tools for adrenal tumor monitoring and diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with other doctoral candidates in Work Package 1 (Hormone Dynamics) and across the ENDOTRAIN network.
  • Participate in training courses, workshops, and secondments (e.g., at University of Ulm or University of Manchester) to enhance interdisciplinary skills.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.
  • Engage in structured PhD programme activities at the Medical School, NKUA.
