Overview

The Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research invites applications for a three-year PhD position within the Cellular Resilience research group led by Dr. Reymond Sutandy. The successful candidate will investigate how RNA-binding proteins regulate cellular stress responses and maintain homeostasis using human cellular models. The work combines transcriptomic, proteomic, and molecular biology techniques to uncover mechanisms underlying stress adaptation. The student is expected to conduct independent research, analyze high-throughput data, prepare scientific publications, and present findings at conferences.
