Overview

The Space Sciences and Technologies (Space-ST) Master’s programme at the University of Bremen is an interdisciplinary, application-oriented degree taught entirely in English. It covers core technologies in sensing, data processing, and communication, with two specialisation tracks: Physics for Space Observation and Information Technologies for Space. Students gain hands-on experience through lab work and interdisciplinary projects, culminating in a research-focused Master’s thesis. The programme blends theoretical knowledge in remote sensing, electronics, and digital image processing with practical experimentation, preparing graduates for careers in space research, satellite technology, and data-driven industries.
