Overview

This PhD project focuses on studying the structure and reactions of exotic atomic nuclei near the limits of stability using the Gamow Shell Model and its coupled-channel extension. Hosted at GANIL in Caen, France, the research addresses open quantum systems and aims to provide a unified theoretical description of nuclear phenomena. The successful candidate will leverage high-performance computing resources and uncertainty quantification techniques to produce reliable theoretical predictions. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate internationally and contribute to fundamental physics research.
