What you'll do
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to undergraduate and postgraduate students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Adapt and utilize teaching resources, schemes of work, and assessments from Coventry University UK.
- Set, mark, and assess coursework and examinations while providing timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum incorporating international experiences.
- Provide academic support, personal tutoring, and supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations.
- Conduct original research in a specialized field of business and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, module evaluations, and adherence to university policies.
Requirements
Degree required: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant academic discipline, alongside a doctoral PhD degree, ideally from a UK university.
Language: English; excellent proficiency required.
Instruction: English
Publications: Evidence of publishing research findings in reputable journals and presenting at conferences.
- At least three years of demonstrable teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the UK
- Proven ability to deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials using innovative methods
- Strong research skills including study design, data analysis, and academic publishing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly
