Overview

The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid is recruiting a Doctoral Candidate to join the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network 'SPARK'. This project focuses on the development of spatiotemporal metamaterials and structured light fields, aiming to train a cohort of 15 researchers for future R&D roles. The successful candidate will work within the Department of Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics to develop first-principles models for time-varying metamaterial responses. The position includes international secondments at Imperial College London and an industry internship at JCMwave, providing a comprehensive multidisciplinary training experience.
