What you'll do

  • Assess the impact of Wnt signaling on C2C12 progenitor cells and their differentiation.
  • Create specialized BRET biosensors to monitor protein interactions within the Wnt pathway.
  • Examine how peptidic ligands influence Wnt/β-catenin signaling and differentiation.
  • Conduct measurements of cellular differentiation and β-catenin localization.
  • Develop BRET biosensors for tracking target engagement and molecular processes.
  • Combine cellular data with ligand optimization efforts in the FlexCAT program.
