The research is conducted at Leiden University, specifically within the Faculty of Science and the Leiden Academic Centre for Drug Research. The candidate will investigate myeloid immune cells, particularly dendritic cells, to identify new therapeutic targets for intervention. The work involves both in vitro and in vivo studies utilizing human atherosclerotic tissues and datasets.
