What you'll do

  • Conduct high-impact research at the intersection of AI and artistic practice.
  • Develop and deliver innovative curriculum for students in arts and technology.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across science, engineering, and humanities departments.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the Division of Arts and Machine Creativity.
  • Mentor students and supervise creative or research projects.
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities.

Requirements

Degree required: PhD in a relevant discipline, or distinguished professional/academic achievements.

Language: English

Instruction: English

Required skills
  • Proven record of research, creative work, or teaching excellence.
  • Expertise in linking emerging technologies with artistic practices.
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
Nice to have
Experience with generative AI tools in creative workflows.Demonstrated success in collaborative interdisciplinary projects.Experience in art management or legal/business aspects of AI arts.
