What you'll do
- Establish and maintain an independent, internationally competitive research program in materials science, physics, or chemistry
- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses within the School of Physical Science and Technology
- Mentor and supervise graduate and undergraduate students in research activities
- Contribute to university service, administrative duties, and public outreach initiatives
- Promote a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative academic environment
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline
Language: English proficiency for teaching and research; fluency in Mandarin may be useful but not strictly specified
Instruction: English and Chinese
Publications: An outstanding record of research accomplishments and publications commensurate with faculty rank
