Hong Kong Baptist University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position across multiple academic ranks within the Department of Mathematics. What you'll do
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in applied mathematics, scientific computing, data science, or statistics
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the Department of Mathematics
- Secure external research funding and grants to support ongoing scholarly activities
- Supervise students and contribute to the academic development of the department
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee work, and administrative duties
Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
Language: English proficiency for teaching and research
Instruction: English
Publications: Solid track record in research with recent publication samples required for application
