The Center for Interdisciplinary Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CIDSAI) at NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Post-Doctoral Associate to engage in research focused on the theoretical aspects of data science and artificial intelligence. The role involves conducting research on automated reasoning, developing algorithms, and contributing to collaborative projects. Candidates will work closely with faculty members and are expected to have a strong mathematical background, with expertise in various advanced topics in AI and data science.

Requirements
Degree required: PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
Language: English; proficiency required
Instruction: English
Publications: Contributions to academic publications are expected.
- Strong mathematical background
- Expertise in high-dimensional probability
- Knowledge of Markov processes
- Experience with neural networks and deep learning
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning and bandit algorithms
- No more than five years post-PhD
- Open to all nationalities
