Overview
The HPS+Logic Master's programme at Ruhr-Universität Bochum is a four-semester course designed to provide a comprehensive reflection on science from theoretical, historical, and socio-cultural perspectives. It uniquely integrates logic with various humanities and social science disciplines, training students to act as bridge-builders between the humanities and the natural or computer sciences. The curriculum is highly diverse, drawing on expertise from institutes including Philosophy, History, Media Studies, and Computer Science. Students are prepared to analyze the complexities of contemporary knowledge-based societies with analytical precision and normative depth.
