Overview

This doctoral position focuses on addressing the stability and scalability challenges of halide perovskites through an innovative fabrication approach using pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Hosted at Université Grenoble Alpes and the LETI laboratory, the researcher will synthesize inorganic 2D perovskites and 2D/3D heterostructures to improve defect passivation and material durability. The work involves material characterization and evaluating the applicability of these layers in photovoltaics and microLEDs. The successful candidate is expected to advance scalable production methods while maintaining competitive optoelectronic performance.
