Best for:Best for life science graduates with a background in molecular biology, immunology, or metabolism seeking an MSCA-funded doctoral fellowship.
Overview
This PhD position is part of the MERIT (Metabolic Reprogramming in viral pathogenesis: from Infection to Therapeutic innovations) EU-funded MSCA training programme, hosted in Sweden. The project focuses on understanding how viruses affect the human body through immunometabolism and metabolic engineering approaches to achieve a functional HIV cure. The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge research within a collaborative international network coordinated by Dr. Adithya Sridhar and Prof. Dr. Dasja Pajkrt. Applicants are expected to engage actively in doctoral research, contribute to scientific publications, and participate in network-wide training events.
