What you'll do

Requirements
Degree required: PhD in electrical engineering, electronic science and technology, or a closely related field
Language: English; fluency required for teaching, research, and administrative duties
Instruction: English
Publications: High-quality publications in top-tier journals/conferences (e.g., IEEE EDL, TPE, TIE, JSSCC) and a significant record of academic publications for senior ranks
- Extensive teaching experience at a university or equivalent R&D position post-PhD
- Proven capacity for supervising PhD students or substantial industrial engineering leadership experience
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals/conferences (e.g., IEEE EDL, TPE, TIE, JSSCC)
- Evidence of securing research grants
- Fluency in English for academic and professional communication
- Must comply with Chinese labor laws and visa regulations (candidates over 65 may be ineligible for a work visa in China)
