Overview

Helmholtz Munich is seeking a PhD candidate to join the Analytical Pathology research unit. The project focuses on integrating spatial metabolomics and exposomics data with tissue morphology to characterize molecular heterogeneity and functional tissue compartments. The successful candidate will develop computational methods to address biological research questions rather than focusing solely on technical implementation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art research environment with access to core facilities and professional development support.
