Overview

The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at Indiana University School of Medicine invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Azaiez-Booth Laboratory. This role focuses on bridging the gap between genetic discovery and biological mechanism, with a particular emphasis on genetic hearing loss and RNA biology. The successful candidate will lead experimental programs, developing both high-throughput and gene-specific assays to characterize human genetic variants. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong experimental foundations, a passion for troubleshooting complex systems, and the ability to drive research from hypothesis to publication.
