Overview

Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for a postdoctoral position in intelligent systems engineering under the direction of Dr. James A. Glazier. The successful candidate will construct reproducible and testable sequential data-assimilating digital twin workflows for short-horizon forecasting and patient-specific rebasing. Responsibilities include designing anomaly-detection logic, managing complex model ensemble interfaces, and coordinating computational infrastructure with national consortium partners. The appointee will also engage in software engineering best practices, such as CI/CD and containerization, and contribute to technical publications.
