Overview

This 6-month research internship is offered by the Regulatory Genomics for Animal Species (REGLISS) team at the GenPhySE laboratory of INRAE in France. The successful candidate will analyze large-scale RNA-seq and genomic datasets derived from embryonic stem cells and placental tissues of reciprocal pig crosses. The project aims to identify genes exhibiting monoallelic or allele-specific expression, characterize parental imprinting dynamics across gestation stages, and map associated biological functions. Applicants will utilize high-performance computing clusters and R to build reproducible analysis pipelines.
