Overview

This PhD position investigates the properties of strongly interacting matter and baryonic resonances through heavy-ion collision data from the HADES experiment at GSI. Jointly hosted by Université Paris-Saclay and conducted in collaboration with the Warsaw University of Technology, the project focuses on analyzing large experimental datasets to extract resonance signals. The successful candidate will adapt advanced iterative analysis methods, interpret physical outcomes, and collaborate with theoretical experts across Europe. The appointment begins on October 1, 2026, offering an opportunity to contribute to fundamental nuclear and particle physics research.
