What you'll do
- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the applicant’s specialized business discipline.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in top-tier academic journals.
- Supervise and mentor students in professional practice, dissertations, and research projects.
- Contribute to the Faculty of Business’s program development and curriculum innovation.
- Collaborate with industry partners and participate in knowledge transfer initiatives in the Guangdong–Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone.
- Serve on university committees and participate in academic governance.
- Engage in interdisciplinary research projects leveraging big data and technology.
Requirements
Degree required: Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline) from a recognized institution. Candidates expected to complete their PhD before the start date may be considered for Assistant Professor positions.
Language: English and Chinese; proficiency required for teaching and research.
Instruction: English and Chinese
Publications: Strong research potential and quality publications (Assistant Professor); sustained record of high-quality publications and competitive research grants (Associate Professor); international academic standing and leadership (Professor).
